During our 2025 Annual Conference, we explored strategies of discipleship and spiritual formation through the use of Gospel narratives. We spent time reflecting on and encouraging each other in our own spiritual formation. Time was dedicated at the end of our conference to hearing ministry updates and developments within our cohorts.

2024: Coworking and Friendship in Gospel Ministry

During our 2024 Annual Conference, we gathered as a community of reflective practitioners to discover biblical principles for ministry, discuss our particular ministry situations, and deepen the bonds of our friendships with one another. During the course of our time together, we had Biblical dialogue around the nature of genuine friendship and ministry companionship

In 2023, our conference had a global and regional focus. Giving our attention to global mission, we discussed essential missiological principles of Church-Centric Bible Translation. With a final day focus on regional ministry, we spend time reflecting on our personal, family, and ministry development.

2021: A Theology of Language and Principles of Establishing

During our time together in 2021, we explored a theology of language and biblical principles of establishing. Several ministry partners shared principles in their own ministry development in areas such as vocational ministry, church renewal/revitalization, and ministry transitions. Our community of leaders enjoyed edifying times of mutual encouragement, personal interaction, and relationship building.
